Greetings from The Common Place Orchestra!
It’s hard to believe that we are already at the end of our fall semester. And what a fall we’ve had! We are pleased to report that a record number of students are taking private lessons each week and our Saturday orchestra rehearsals are larger than ever. We have also gratefully accepted a record number of donations. Thank you to all who have given instruments, books, music stands, extra strings…and the list goes on!
Our students are looking forward to sharing their talents at two Christmas performances this month. On Sunday, December 18th at 5:00 pm, The Common Place Orchestra participated in Salt & Light Church’s production of Miracles on 58th Street. Following that, our students will be featured in Cornerstone Christian Academy’s annual Christmas program on Wednesday, December 21st at 7:00 pm. We hope you can join us at these events!
