The Scholars have had a wonderful start to the school year! We spent the month of September becoming acclimated to being back in the classroom and getting to know one another. Our Social-Emotional theme is Diversity and Inclusion. The scholars have been learning to recognize and appreciate one another’s similarities and differences. Also, we have implemented SEL check-ins into our daily schedule.
The activist club is back at it again! We learned about what it means to be an activist and how we can change our environments. Scholars want to help their communities by helping seniors, littering, violence, and giving to others.
Middle School Scholars have been learning about entrepreneurship! The scholars have learned the difference between an employee and entrepreneur and the pros and cons of owning a business.
Lastly, The scholars have voted for Scholar of the Month! Congratulations to our Winners! Stay tuned for what we accomplish!
