Here in the Development Office, we love to celebrate our wins with our supporters – that’s you! We continue to work hard to expand program offerings and grow the mission and ministry of The Common Place so that we can impact even more families here in Southwest. In September, TCP was awarded the following:
- The McLean Contributionship – TCP has secured $25,000 toward the construction of a playground for the Little Scholars Preschool.
- The Caring People Alliance – this grant of $17,765 will directly support staff development for those working on the Scholars program.
In addition to our continued grant-writing process, we have set an ambitious goal of reaching out to 300 individual donors by the end of November. There is much good work happening at The Common Place, and we hope to keep our supporters to date on what’s new.
