Instructions:
Thank you for your interest in the Common Place After School Enrichment Program! We are looking forward to the 2020 – 2021 school year. Due to the COVID 19 virus, things at TCPS will look very different than they were before. This year we will have electronic applications to be filled out and emailed to the Program Director. Please adhere to the instructions below to submit your application for the TCPS Enrichment Program.
- Applications can be filled out in a PDF fillable form. Once this application is complete, please email a copy to Programdirector@thecommonplacephilly.org You will then receive an email to acknowledge receipt of the application and set up a time to speak directly with the Program Director.
- Applications will not be complete until recent/ current physical forms are submitted. Physical forms MUST be accompanied by a statement/ letter from the Doctor’s office that there is no known case of contraction or exposure to COVID 19 for the participant or their immediate family members.
- Scholarship applications can also be filled out online in a PDF fillable form. Once the form is complete, please email it to the Programdirector@thecommonplacephilly.org Once the form has been emailed you will receive a follow-up email of confirmation of receipt.
- There will be a set date and time for the collection of registration deposits. Please make arrangements to pay the deposits on scheduled days. Applications will NOT be accepted until registration has been made.
- Please take a moment to review and sign the Parent handbook and COVID 19 addendum. These signatures are necessary for program information requirements.
