Bunny’s Garden is Blossoming

As we head into a new year we make time to reset and replenish. Since the installment of our hydroponic machine’s Bunny’s Garden is now a year round operation. While there are cold season vegetables such as carrots, beets, cabbage and greens in the outside beds, the seeds inside the hydroponics room are thriving. We’re in the process of replacing old vegetation with new so that we maintain our standard of fresh produce. We’ve grown various herbs and vegetables. There are even cucumbers coming in! There are new blossoms of kale, Swiss chard, lettuce, arugula, spinach, cilantro and collard greens. Once these are mature seedlings are mature, they will be transplanted into our bulk hydroponic system where they will grow until it is time for a new cycle to begin.
