The Common Place in partnership with Grace Christian Fellowship, New Spirit Community Church, Abiding in the Vine Ministries, and Chosen Generation C.O.G.I.C. will host the 2nd annual Southwest Community Vacation Bible School (VBS) on Monday, August 14th through Friday, August 18th.
This year’s VBS theme is “I’ve Got Talent: Showcasing My Work for Jesus” and will feature lessons and activities for all ages (from children to seniors). Dinner will be served at 5:15pm and classes will begin 6:15pm. For those who want to attend VBS but live south of Woodland Ave, transportation will leave from Grace Christian Fellowship (6208 Grays Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19142) every 10 minutes begin at 5pm until 6:15pm.
In conjunction with compelling life lessons based on biblical principles, this week-long gathering will also offer art, music, and other activities of interest. This year’s VBS is sure to be both fun and impactful as 5 churches come together to offer Christian education, wholesome family fun, and fellowship to the Southwest Philadelphia community.
